Offerings

Located in the Pacific Northwest, I offer private and group instruction for violin, viola, and piano near Hood River and the The Dalles.

I am a Suzuki - Method certified teacher for violin and viola, and offer traditional method piano lessons. Students are expected to purchase the necessary books and repertoire needed for their lessons. If taking piano lessons, it is expected that the student own a piano or keyboard.

Remote Lesson Availability

While in-person is the best for music instruction, I am also available for remote lessons for those interested.

Teaching Philosophy

I love sharing music! I believe every person’s life can be positively impacted by all the incredible things learning a musical instrument can teach - creativity, patience, discipline, self confidence and joy. I believe every student can learn and improve, no matter their background, income, age, race, sexual orientation or ability. My studio is a safe space for all students to grow as musicians and people.
